NOTICE

1. The studio will not have any other customers during your buyout sessions. Buyout reservations require a minimum spending, which is calculated based on the total cost of cakes during the session and the entry fees. If the total cost exceeds the minimum spending, the price difference will be made up. No refund will be issued if the total amount is below the minimum spending.
2. Please pay the deposit within three days after the reservation is made. Please DM us on FB / IG and present the payment proof to confirm the reservation. The reservation will be cancelled automatically after three days if we do not receive the payment proof message.
3. The deposit is equal to the minimum spending.
4. Please DM us on FB / IG to confirm your final dessert items and the number of your group three days before the reservation date.
5. In-store ingredients are only provided for the dessert making. If you would like to add extra ingredients to the recipes, an additional fee will be charged.
6. A buyout session is 3 hours. Please consider whether the time available is sufficient for your event. If not, please make two reservations for six hours.
7. The maximum guest numbers for each studio are as follows:

• Home Baking Day (Hon Hui Plaza): 80 people
• Home Baking Day (Taroko Mall): 70 people
• Home Baking Day (Chungyo Department Store): 34 people
• Home Baking Day (Big City): 75 people
• Home Baking Day (Global Mall): 64 people

8. 【Cancellation Policy for Buyout Reservations and Group Reservations】Deposit refunds will be processed in accordance with the Financial Consumer Protection Act :
   Cancellations made 14 days prior (inclusive): 100% deposit refunded.
   Cancellations made 10–13 days prior: 70% deposit refunded.
   Cancellations made 7–9 days prior: 50% deposit refunded.
   Cancellations made 4–6 days prior: 40% deposit refunded.
   Cancellations made 2–3 days prior: 30% deposit refunded.
   Cancellation made 1 day prior: 20% deposit refunded.
   Same-day cancellation: No deposit refund (0%).
   
   Please note that any cancellation reasons based on personal circumstances, schedule changes, illness, weather conditions, or other force majeure events, the refund will be processed according to the refund percentages stated above, with no exceptions.
    
9. 【Reschedule Policy for Buyout Reservations and Group Reservations】
   Reschedule requests must be made at least 10 days in advance.
    
10. 【Typhoon Postponement & Cancellation Policy】
    For regular weather conditions, cancellations and rescheduling will follow the standard policy. If the government officially announces a suspension of work or classes (typhoon day) on the event day, a full refund or a one-time postponement will be offered, based on the official announcement.
